Tom Mortensen 114038bbab Undo previous change of updating both syslinux/syslinux.cfg and EFI/boot/syslinux.cfg.

Instead now EFI/boot/syslinux.cfg consists of a single line:
  include /syslinux/syslinux.cfg
Hence only need to maintain single copy.
